Our Philosophy
Dementia is a journey. As it progresses, your loved one’s needs will evolve. If you choose to work with Tender Rose, we’ll be there every step of the way to monitor changes, make adjustments, provide support, and communicate with you as much—or as little—as you want. Whether you’d like to be deeply involved or prefer to maintain some distance, you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing your loved one is receiving the best possible care.
Our experience means we can anticipate issues before they become problems. We understand how to overcome refusal of care and create a more positive situation. And while we work proactively to avoid hospitalization, we’ll be a resource for you if medical intervention is required, helping to care for your loved one in the hospital and support the transition home.
From coordinating basic necessities like meals and medications to organizing vacations or family gatherings, we’re here to help your loved one reclaim joy and meaning.
Each person with dementia has unique abilities and care needs that change over time. However, even when the disease is most severe, they can experience joy, comfort, and meaning in life. Their quality of life depends on the quality of relationships they have with their loved ones, community, and home care providers.
