How To Unblock WellSky Emails In Hotmail / Outlook

To allow all emails from WellSky in Hotmail or Outlook, please follow these steps:

• Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
• Click Mail button on the left hand side and select Junk email. Scroll down and select Safe and blocked senders.
• Click + Add safe sender. Add the following domains:
  • clearcareonline.com
  • clearcaremail.com
  • wellsky.com
• Click Ok.
• All your the domains you input will be displayed. Click Save.
